Your satisfaction is at Crystel. We are here to help if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. Check below our returns and refund policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it. We cannot offer you a refund after 30 days have gone by since your delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Your item must satisfy all conditions in order to qualify for a return;

The item must be unused, unworn and in same condition that you received it

The item should be with original packing along with all tags attached

Proof of purchase (order number or sales receipts)

You cannot return any item that has a damage, alteration or any signs of wear.

Mentioning your order number, shipping address, phone number, email id and why you are returning the product. Your request will be sent to our support team and you will get an email on what you need to do in return.

Return Shipping

If your return request gets approved, we are going to contact you about how soon to ship it back. Do not return your item before receiving return instructions as this may delay processing.

Refunds

You Will Be Notified Of Approval Or Rejection Of Your Refund Once We Receive And Inspect The Item.

Once approved, we will process your refund using the same method you paid within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted on your statement.

Exchanges

As of now, we do not take in exchanges. If you want a different size, colour or product please return your original item for a refund (provided it meets our returns criteria) and place a separate order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item by email to support@crystel.shop attaching your order number and a photograph of the item. We will send out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
